A hardware prototype: stand in front of a mirror and instead of your face, you see the face of whoever stood there before you. Find that person, and you have a reason to talk to them — a small machine for connection in public space, built for an era already going lonely. Building the murmuration (2026)

The hero of this site began as a question in a job-search conversation: what physical metaphor means "changing one piece changes everything"? Water walls and domino chains lost to starlings. Two hundred agents, three rules each, no leader — and your cursor is enough to reshape all of it. It's the cheapest honest demo of multi-agent systems I know.
